On the obverse side, some of the letters in the wording "In God We Trust" can barely be seen. On the reverse, some of the letters in "United States" can barely be seen. Is this keep worthy or have any value?

For me this would be a spender. The MAD should be severe enough that parts of the letters are falling off the edge before any value is added. On the other hand, since the cost of ownership is so low that you could save this as an exemplar. Then when you find a better MAD, spend this one.

MAD's seem to be a huge issue with the dimes. We see that all the time, I'm guessing it is because of its small size. As for the weak lettering, that could possibly be due to a greased filled die. In either case, there in no increased value here.

It means missing letters, as if the letters "fell off" or were pushed off the edge of the coin. I agree, as presented here this misalignment is pretty minor and would not bring a premium.
