Hey everybody,
I'm still trying to get the hang of how to do the proper post to bear with me please haha

I am the farthest thing from a professional but I'm needing some advice and help to determine whether or not this is a strike through or not.

If it's not then it had a heck of a loss with a lawn mower it looks like. If you guys can check it out I greatly appreciate it!
