Is this a new find? How would I word this? I think it's a new find on reverse and on the initials REM on the left and JFM on the right.

REM : Richard Master created the design.
JFM: Joseph Menna sculpted it.

First welcome to CCF. Second, if the doubled die was the obverse (front of the coin) then it is a DDO and if the doubled die was the reverse (back of the coin) then it is a DDR.

Yep.
Better pics needed.
Not a new find. Several YouTube videos about the initials. Found three myself.

I've heard of this. So it's possible but definitely better picture required.

All of this design has both set of initials, so it is normal.

Thanks to you all. I really like the history. I will continue to search my pocket coins. Is this what they call cherry pickers?

In terms of cherrypicking coins: It is defined it the art of obtaining coins with numismatic rarity within a marketable price range. This is a lot of big words that basically mean finding rare or valuable varieties or errors at a cheap price.
