I see 4 different numbers, hard to be a binary with 4 different numbers.

I think you are stretching it there. I don't see any "fancy" serial number other than a birthday note, but its not even in US format. It should be MMDDYYYY, its YYYYMMDD

You could make several "fancy" serial numbers from these 8 digits, but unfortunately this isn't one of them.
