Bought a roll of 1960 small date Pennie's. The d seems it might be doubled. The penny is somewhat scratched. Grade, and is this doubling? Would this coin go under details with the scratches?

The lighting is creating more than really is there. The top of the mintmark is damaged on that area.

Blurry close ups don't help or show anything.
