Can't tell if this is a filled s or doubling. 8 on the date plus the s. What do you think?

Lighting makes it very difficult to evaluate this.

I hate my phone! It's new and my old phone was a lot better. However I learned a lot with coins in the 60's. The 68's are pretty regular on die clashes, and grease on the die's. A lot of the E's on reverse for E. Pluribus. Unum. Would barely be there as well as the ST on states. Also the 60 small dates had a lot of clashes.
Anyway, I'm at home with my wife tomorrow due to her previous surgery. Ima take the case off my phone and see if I post better pictures then. Kids here so it's hard to do atm.
Sorry for the crap photos.
Rest in Peace

It's not your phone that's at fault, it's your lighting! Try a defused lighting source. Place a piece of white paper between your light(s) and your camera, or just use the ultimate defused lighting source, daylight.

The mintmark punch is damaged. Not a RPM.
