I have a bureau of the mint sealed in plastic 1969 d jfk silver half dollar, a Lincoln 1969 s, d, and p penny, 1969 p and d Roosevelt dimes, 1969 d and p Washington quarters and a 1969 d and p nickels. They all look to be in excellent condition, are they valuable?

Those are called "Mint Sets".
Probably worth $10-12.00 for both.

One can typically find piles and piles of these uncirculated mint sets (P and D) at larger regional coins shows for $15-$20. The 40% silver half is the coin which driver the price. Nothing extraordinarily valuable.

Just keep them sealed and put them away, the LMCs are gone for good and your silver half will hold it's premium, let alone it will increase in the future.
Rest in Peace

Yes , the Half Dollar is 40 % silver so that alone is worth around $2-3 .
