There are many ways these numbers could be rearranged to create a repeater, but unfortunately this isn't one of them.

Welcome to CCF. A Repeater is a two or four-digit note that literally repeats itself. The number 1504 would have to have number 1504 after it.not 1045. Sorry, your note is NOT a repeater.
