BIE as an error - A die break between the letters B and E of LIBERTY
BIE as a category - Includes all die breaks between the letters in LIBERTY. As an example, a die break between R and T of LIBERTY would be included in the BIE category.
BIE (associated) - Any small or light error between the letters in LIBERTY, or those that extend from the top or bottom of the letters
