Sadly, the VV plate coin is quite rough and doesn't show it so well. I fully understand keeping the original type coin as the example for the die, but for some of these things I do wish they would just add extra examples in better condition that show die markers or at least the doubling better. Yours is much clearer and probably does show some nice markers. Are there some markers on your coin you can add easily? EDIT: Is that a die scrape between the lapel and the rim?
