Okay as you can see I have a possible video on the obverse side in the word "DOLLAR" on the "A" an "R" and on the designer initials "MG" sorry for the quality of the pictures I use my cell phone and it's very hard to upload a picture with the size requirement I am seeing getting a camera thank you for your thoughts and comments hope you having a wonderful day

Very difficult to determine, given the washed out/bright/high contrast photos posted.

I don't think it's your camera that is in question, it's your resizing and zooming in too much. In addition to sharp closeups, we need photos that show the entire coin to the edges, both sides.

that's the only way its lets me load the picture is by zooming in ive tried every way but I cant figure how to make it smaller then 300kb

Members here all the time are able to post full, sharp photos, many using phone cameras. Best advice is to practice, and maybe visit the photography section here on CCF for additional specific help. Your camera is fine, it's how you're resizing that is the problem.
