I would normally write it off as PMD but this one has some of the building still visible through the damage and the front doesn't show any distortion.

I would agree with John1 about the glare, but looks very promising to be a die flaw very worthy of a 2x2.

From what I can see,it looks like it has been struck through something but photos with less glare can confirm this.

Nice strike through. What was the object? Maybe a thick glob of greaas that was dropped on the planchet

looks like a struck thru, a significant one at that, and still in mint state, that's a definite keeper

Haha, I actually have an example that is very similar to this one-I decided it was a strike-through.

I wonder-do you live in Kentucky?

Because that's where I live and where I found my example.
