So I came across these two today.

The 1891 Umberto II Ethiopia coins is an obvious fake. It looked and felt it. I read on some Italian forums that the 1891 is one of the most faked. It weighted 28 g

The 1910 peso was underweight the two times I measured it 22 and 25, although measured around 38.

The peso is priced high - around 150.

Any thoughts, opinions, insights would be very much appreciated!

Could still be silver, maybe you can test the magnetic and sound? Many of them are fake from China, but some are still real silver or silverplated sometimes.

Neither responded to the magnet.
The Umberto seems and obvious fake... How about the peso?
Weight was ok but inconsistent... Diameter was right ...
Anyt thoughts?
