Got it for a few cents and I always like contemporary counterstamps, they just fascinate me.. Almost impossible to know who did it but who knows maybe someone knows ZH - HZ ?

I agree. These maveric counterstamps are almost impossible to attribute. I just did a quick interwebs search (as I'm sure you have done already) and didn't find anything popping out to me.
