am I put the wrong coins?
I thought 2 different coins ask for the date


The reverse patern look like Three Cents with bordering star

Yea @solo, my coin was a Shield nickel, will attempt to find my pics, but should be at the top of this thread! And yes I posted a 2nd coin, but it was a rusty Buffalo, not as much "slick"

But I'll trade both mine for the one you're enhancing!!

I can't see anything, the quality of the photo is very low.
Nickel ended up being 1867 ?

Yea with rays, and no it wasn't the quality of the pic that was low, it was just that slick! Same coin from above, just reposted the pic, took over 8 hrs of soaking in vinegar/peroxide solution to bring it out, on the slick reverse! Obverse wasn't as slick, could make out the shield, but that was all! After first 2 hrs, you could see the date, but reverse was still slick, so put it back in solution for several more hours, before you could see anything on reverse
