There is a circle around Roosevelts face where I marked with arrows I couldn't tell if it was on the reverse. How would I word this?

Not Double Struck.
It looks like it is a circle caused by a vending machine.
We see these quite often on the forum.

Would like to see a couple close-in pics showing the area of Roosevelt's chin. Thanks.

I too, would like to see a close-up of the chin area. To me, it looks like it took a hit and deformed it.

How about a photo of the obverse without the lines drawn on it?
