A clean strike, very little chatter, but also a bit lack luster, in those photos anyway . .

I think a solid MS64 looking at the small amounts of wear, but like flag4 says...it does look a bit duller than it should, but it may be the photos. I'm gonna stick with MS64 on these photos.

I think if the the coin flip it's in is preventing us from seeing the luster than it's a 65, otherwise, it's a 64.

To me it's a 65, but I'd love to see it outside the 2X2.

One of those coins that needs to be seen first hand under the proper light for cartwheel luster or any break in it. Attempting to grade this from a picture is not adequate.

Luster is subdued, so I'd say MS-64. If it's just the lighting, then 65.

the 84(O) can be soft in the strike box. this one is actually quite a nice example. so AVG+ for strike. overall eye appeal is also AVG+ as is surface preservation. looks like all the luster is there and I'm liking this one. I think it comes in at least MS65
