This is a 1989 penny in decent condition. There are two large raised cracks in it. Can someone more knowledgeable than me please tell me if it's worth something?

These are not cracks, but rather linear plating bubbles. An unusual example, but probably not worth a premium.

, were glad you can join us .
This is what you would call linear plating bubbles where the copper did not bond well to the zinc inside. I will admit, these are nice and big, probably not worth anything but cool to hold onto as a curiosity. These are common enough on zinc Lincolns.

Except on the coating testing never see this on end coin. No value but nice to see and to remember.

No real value, but a very interesting example of linear plating blisters that makes a good educational piece.

I agree with @sam that this one might be a nice enough example to save in a 2x2.
