Hey folks, I'm thinking this is likely in the AU53/55 range with generally original surfaces. What do others think?

I'd go with AU55+. Looks original to me--may have been in a 'cardboard' folder for many, many years? I've seen similar in old, worn Whitman albums.

i think the coin probably technically would grade AU58 however the eye appeal would drop it to AU55 imo
Rest in Peace

A little hard to see obverse . AU-55 , there looks to be a slight rim bump between 6 and 7:00 on obverse , dose not detract .

Splotchy obverse really detracts from value, I'm guessing.

Thanks everyone! I just bought this today, hoping to get it into an AU-55 slab at some point, with TrueView.

nice and original
Been looking for a nice crusty original of this semi-key date for a while! Hoping it's lustier in hand.
