Hello,
Looking for any input on this coin. Specifically wondering about the reverse with appearance of multiple hooves and not sure if there is anything to the e. Pluribus besides breakdown?

No errors, that is part of the design that is more pronounced due to the amount of wear.
Without a date there is not much value .

Dateless nickels have little value unless they exhibit major errors like double-strikes or off-centers, which are almost never seen. No premium here.

with the above, but I will be one of the brave ones and say the date is in the teens, most likely a 1916 or 1918 Philadelphia based on the curves of the last digit...

I was looking to see if there were a connection of the distortion on a single year like your coin, but didn't see a connection. So it is still unknown. They are nice to use as jewelry settings.
