Looks like Die Deterioration. Die Deterioration isn't classified as an error.

Looks like there was Feeder Finger Damage on that area, but they didn't polish those areas being afraid that the die polishing might be too deep in those areas. They are trying to rescue the die, but didn't want to ruin the die. (or just missed it?)
