And does it has any value? If these coins are error coins?

The first one looks like it could match a French 5 centimes (I think I see a 5) from the early 1900s, like this one: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces678.html

The second coin is likely also French, Louis XV (so 1700s), denomination depending on its size. Here is for instance a 1 sol: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces8754.html

No errors here, just seriously worn and damaged. Value in this condition basically zero.

The first coin also looks like it has been subjected to a vise job
which would make it PMD, not an error

The first coin has a reverse incuse "1917" at 10 o'clock on the obverse. Looks like someone pressed coins together to create an "error".
