Hi guys,

Having a great first week on the forum!! Just bought this for 30 bucks. Is it a cull coin?
Can it get a high grade with this weird stuff on it?
What grade do you think it is? I have no idea! Please help!!! Thank you!!!

The stuff on the coin looks like glue. Try soaking in acetone to remove the unwanted material.
