This dime has full bands, but it's kinda of scratched on obverse. What do y'all think?

i think this one comes in at MS63FB. I like it as all three bands are full. I think it may be just short of 64 due to all the blemishes

the scratches you are seeing look like polish lines. no concern

MS-63+ . I agree to the obverse polish lines but there are a few hits and scratches on obverse also . On reverse A few tics on axe , FSB .

MS64 FSB. The scratches are die polishing lines, not damage. A nice coin.

Looks like one of vettes' coins. I've been happy with coins I've gotten from him, descriptions are normally truthful.
