I know given the scarcity of this variety this is unlikely but this one got my attention, can y'all explain to me why it's not and what it is? Thank you kindly..

Just looks like a bright patch where the copper plating hasn't yet oxidized that happens to be below the earlobe.

Can you try to take a better picture that 1. shows the raised area you claim is there, since I can't see it, and 2. is oriented correctly (It's hard to look at when it isn't straight up and down). I don't think it's anything, but I do believe in doing my due diligence, and I think I need better pictures.

The disturbances might be contact damage? These are considered 'Stage A'.
Here is a side by side of the ears of your coin and the V.V example side by side, and why it is not a match to that die number:

So the lower spots of the design show the raised areas where the first ear was placed. The second hub process removed the higher areas of the die, but the lower devices didn't get erased as there were no design affects on that area, so the first hub process was erased, except for the arrows are showing. This is similar to the doubled eye lids. The first/second hub processes left marks that would not be erased on the next hub process. It is the die that is affected, it is not a striking issue. Hope this helps.
