Hard to tell from two pictures of the obverse...

I assume just a mistake in which file you chose to upload.

@Spence I'm pretty sure there is only one coin, they just accidentally posted the obverse twice.

No need for a separate thread. Yes, it is an early stage so called "spitting horse" die crack. A very minor die event that, in my opinion, should be worth face value, but sells for about $2 on ebay fairly regularly.

Agree that it is ONE version of the "spitting horse". There are several variations. I have multiples of all of them.
