Lincoln Pennies That Are Floaters, 1969 And 1970 Only?

I am aware that there known Lincoln pennies that are classified as "floaters" and also some that have no "signature as well. What I see are 1969 and 1970 varieties primarily, however, I have come across others that are floaters and some of these are without signature as well. The examples that I have are: 1978 D, 1987 D, 1994 D, 1995, 1997, AND 1999. My question is are they an error that has value? The example that is shown is a 1969 D that is a floater and also has no signature. Suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Not really too much value although some people try to sell them as an error
coin which they are not.They can occur on any year Memorial cent.
It is caused by overpolishing of the die.
