This looks pre-1600, so I hope this eventually gets moved into the Ancients subforum.

Looks like a dirham from the Ayyubid Dynasty, reign of An-Nasir Yusuf, Halab/Aleppo mint.

There is one dated AD 1247 in this website, under "Ayyubid Dynasty. Caliph al-Nasir Yusuf II", which looks very similar.
