1941 D Mercury Dime - Rim And Doubling Question

Hi All,

I've had this dime for some time now and have been meaning to post it to ask if the rim intrusion is from a coin drop at the mint or just PMD, as well as to ask whether the B in Liberty looks doubled...thanks for looking...

My vote is for post mint damage and circulation flattening on the B.

Ouch, yeah, that looks like a PMD scratch on this dime, and to the B, most likely Mechanical Doubling to me .
