Beautiful golden color. I looked at PCGS pics of ms-67+ they were kind of shabby. One I don't have in the 82 collection? I may have to keep searching. Let me know?

At first glance I'm thinking not. That curious swath/patch-looking feature running (mainly...) north-south through LIBERTY has me wondering.

On first glance, no. Blemishes (obverse) that caught my eye are above LIBERTY and the semi-circular gash across the bottom of Lincoln's jacket.

I was wondering that also. some type of impression of something. On his jacket that's just indented, no marks there. just curious , there is a hit on reverse building in addition to other problems. I was wondering if anyone tries to submit a 1982 LDC. PCGS says $175 in ms-67 so probably 40 bucks if it grades a 67 ( which it won't unless they are having a bad day.)

It does have a lot of detail on obverse I think, maybe that would catch their eye.

Disturbance around Liberty holds this to 65 or 66 to me.

it's like the copper didn't fill up right there. Maybe our minting gurus see something

I struggle with the scope pics, all they do is cut the patina and show every little defect.

Have to go 66 because I cannot gauge the patina or eye appeal. 67 if it pops in hand and the obverse is not showing those stains to the eye.
