On his jacket that's just indented, no marks there. just curious , there is a hit on reverse building in addition to other problems. I was wondering if anyone tries to submit a 1982 LDC. PCGS says $175 in ms-67 so probably 40 bucks if it grades a 67 ( which it won't unless they are having a bad day.) It does have a lot of detail on obverse I think, maybe that would catch their eye. Have to go 66 because I cannot gauge the patina or eye appeal. 67 if it pops in hand and the obverse is not showing those stains to the eye. Lincoln Cent Lover!
