Could be anything from roller machine damage to a die chip. Hard to see from a single blurry photo.

Can you post front and back photos of the coin, and an additional one or two closeups of the area in question?

Plating bubble, or possibly a 'smooth' die chip. I'm leaning toward plating/gas bubble.

from the photos supplied, it looks more
like a plating bubble than a die chip.

there looks to be an indentation jus to the left of it. but hard to see with a blurry picture.
