I located this repunching of the 1 and 8 on an 1864 2 Cent coin in very bad condition. Despite much research, I cannot find this particular repunching anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Someone else had stated that they thought it was FS-1303, but the foot of the improperly punched "1" and the activity in the bottom section of the "8" simply don't match up.
