1883 Liberty Seated Dime Is It Off Center, Broadstruck Or Something Else?

thecasper New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 02/12/2022 8:50 pm I have question about this 1883 No Drapery Liberty Seated dime, I'm not sure if its large or small stars because It has some double punched stars on the right along with double to triple punched Dentiles spreading towards center, on the right side from around 11:00 to a little past 4:00. The reverse looks like it was a little off center. Is this an off center coin, broadstruck or a different variety? Also Any advice on getting clearer magnified photos is appreciated.
