You should post this in the banknote section, not the coin section. It's a very nice find because upside down it's 1961691.

I'll ask that it's moved. Also I never noticed that, is there an name for fancy bills that are something different when upside down. That actually makes sense why this was hard for me to look at, just looking at it makes me feel dyslexic lol.

They are known as "radar" notes when they are the same upside down and right side up.. Yours should be worth more than $5. There is a banknote subforum and they'll move it there.
Sorry, I got the radar notes mixed with the rotator notes. DBM is correct and I'm not.

Radar (KAYAK) notes read the same backwards or forwards. Rotator (SWIMS) notes read the same upside down. True Rotators can only have 0,9,6, or 8 in the serial number and 8 or 0 must always be in the middle. The OP's note is a radar but not a true rotator as it is not the same when the bill is rotated 90degrees and it has 1's. I think it's cool, probably because I have two 1dollar notes with the same serial number, unlike the OP I wasn't lucky enough to find them, I bought them.

I'm not sure it's in good enough shape to be worth more then face value, the photos don't show the creases that are actually on it. It is an upgraded radar for me for sure though the older one I found will get released tomorrow. I'll just have to make sure not to look at this one for long because it actually makes me feel a little dizzy lol. Thanks for the help guys even though in the wrong thread lol.

I'll post a better photo when I have a minute. There is minor creasing but the most notable being on the left side of the bill next to the 5. Thanks jbuck for moving the lost to the proper area More accurate photos of grad. I have no idea how to grade a bill but know the creases are bad lol

Never noticed that either thanks Bill:) not sure if anything other then the fact that it's a radar would would make it more collectable. It's definitely a great circulation find for me personally. Appreciate the info though. So it's readable upside down but not in a fancy way, it's a birthday note, and a radar. I'm happy with it:) if there is anyone with that birthday on th forum that would want this is send it for face:)

If no one has it as there birthday note, if you want it it's your for fV if you want it. I'll even ship it for free. I don't collect these but want an example of each fancy bill if I can find them. I have my first example. I can look for a better condition one. I like collectables to end up where they can be appreciated. I have fun looking for them but don't personally collect paper money.
