Wanted to see what y'all thought about this set some off them are high grade but they are asking $2,100, I think it's kind off high myself but I haven't researched all of them. Edited by Matthew23 02/15/2022 12:10 pm

I suppose you could believe their grades and add them all up, but I'm too lazy. Off the cuff, $2100 seems way high, I see a lot of common coins in low grades and none of the keys. I don't understand the logic behind putting a price sticker on empty slots.

If there grades are correct, also I can see them better on my end because I had to edit the photo, I'm going by numismedia price guide it's worth around $3,000 but that doesn't come to the fact that some of them looked cleaned and some of them have damage, also how they grade some of them doesn't look correct either, I'm only missing 2 from my personal set, I thought it was interesting but it's a risk if somebody buys it.

See if these look any better, these was not taken by me. Like you said can't really judge them unless you see them individually.

I'd rather buy each one separately just to know what they are for sure.

Unless this is a highly reputable seller and you have full return privileges, I wouldn't even consider it.

What a beautiful set! I've never seen a higher grade barber set before.

This is a local seller, but I'm not interested in it because I'm only missing 2 from my set.

As mentioned earlier, what's with the price stickers? Along with the sharpie writing, the whole thing looks horrible!

I'm thinking it was from the previous owner, I know that the seller wouldn't do it, I guess it's because they wanted to right down the dates in order and keep up with how much the ones he needed cost in those grades, but it really looks awful looking.

Valuing the 1895-O alone at $1,850, but only $2,100 for the lot?
Wow, that seems like a good deal!

Yea there is no coin in the 1895 o slot, every slot that has a price sticker on it has no coin in it, I think it's overpriced for the set for $2,100, because I see damaged coins also some of them looked cleaned in the higher graded ones.
