I don't understand the question. You've written it such that the two options are mutually exclusive. I don't believe this is so. Are you suggesting that collections of baseball-related items are near worthless? I believe some would beg to differ.


As far as the value of your medal goes...it can often be found for $10 or less at coin shows, ebay, etc. I've seen such medals being sold for $3.00 each in dealer "Token and Medal" binders at coin shows.
