This 1995 has the best looking bust of Lincoln I have ever seen. There are a couple of marks on the jacket and two scratches to the right of his head, but otherwise the fields are clean. The reverse shows heavy plating bubbles, so it is not the best coin overall. But boy the obverse strike has great detail. I was going to submit the Coin as an DDO-001 but I liked the Strike so much I thought I would submit it for grading. Let me know your thoughts! Regards

The temple and hair above it are completely flat - poor strike.

This is an example of a fully struck coin (die crack on temple). Notice there is no flatness in the hair - which is a problem the mint has had for decades in Zincolns.

Not worth grading and I do not see a DDO. Where are you seeing doubling?

Yep
No obvious DDO
Good catch BadThad on flatness.

Apparent scratches in right obverse field would deter me from having this graded.
