A quick dip would get rid of that fugly toning. But that would make that obverse fingerprint stick out more.

Reverse looks mint state, limited by the gouge on the shield plus other tiny contact marks. Assuming there aren't any significant marks hiding on the obverse an MS-65 grade seems possible.

The toning adds character so I'd leave it alone. Brilliant uncirculated examples of this coin are extremely common.
