Wondering if someone can identify this coin with my photo .I'm leaning at it being a 1859dp # 4 All markers are there for it . I just need a second expert to tell me if it is. Can't capture the 5 but it is dp also

Thats where I matched it. The dp 5 is the same . I just can't get a good picture of it to post

Yes, it looks like a late state E25a where the die collapse hides the re-punching on the 9. The die cracks at leaves 4 and 7 match.
