Just because a note comes up with a high "fanciness" score doesn't mean collectors will pay a premium for it. This note is both "almost a radar", and "almost a repeater". But "almost hitting the target" doesn't win any medals. Even in pristine condition it wouldn't be much if any premium; well-circulated and with pen markings, no-one will want it, sorry.
