Ok, so I'm trying to figure all of this out.. I am brand new to coin collecting and would appreciate some input on this one.

. Going to need better photos to really help you. Tell us where you are seeing doubling and include close up pics. Also,please properly crop and rotate photos before posting them...thanks.

Please explain where you see DD and supply a closeup of that area.
At a quick glance I see no Doubling.

I'm seeing a common, well-worn '65 quarter, complete with a long linear scratch across the obverse. No doubling observed--given the pics posted.

coin scratch across the obverse. A spender as it is circulation damage, not a mint error.
