Cannot determine what the issue is, or may be, given the single, small-ish photo. Consider posting full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse, along with an end-on rim image. Thanks.

If something is going on with the edge, then please supply a photo.of the edge. Cannot see what is going with a photo of the Obverse.

@blue, I agree with @john1 that arc-shaped bump parallel to the rims looks like Ridge Ring.
