I'm a total noob when it comes to coins. Is this mint damage or after mint damage? If closer or clearer pictures are needed I'll be happy to post. The outer edge of coin may look like road damage but it is actually small letters. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.... It is greatly appreciated. &

Both PMD and environmental damage.
You cannot have extra letters or numbers appear during the striking of a coin.

Well, While I agree with the above statements completely, You did get two of the letters correctly. On the last image, the 'A and R' are there, and is supposed to be there to complete the word 'DOLLAR'.

The rest is total damage and Pareidolia.
