2013 South Dakota State Quarter. Mint Damage? Missing Clad?

Peek-A-Boo New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 02/18/2022 6:31 pm I'm a total noob when it comes to coins. Is this mint damage or after mint damage? If closer or clearer pictures are needed I'll be happy to post. The outer edge of coin may look like road damage but it is actually small letters. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.... On the last image, the 'A and R' are there, and is supposed to be there to complete the word 'DOLLAR'. The rest is total damage and Pareidolia. Collecting since 1972.
