Got this interesting coin. The queen's bust can be seen faintly on the reverse of the coin. The top of the reverse shows double striking of the edge. Seems a blank got stamped, then stuck in the works, and then got stamped again after having been flipped in the works.

Not much apparent on the obverse, but there is a bit of a depression near the IA of Victoria. Any double stamp is very faint if it is on the obverse.

Not sure what to call this error. If the coin had not been flipped it would be a double strike. Is that still what it would be called?

It's a die clash.
Occurs when there is no blank in the striking chamber and the dies hit each other sometimes leaving an impression in one or both dies.
All coins struck after such an event will show the clash.

BTW coins are not stamped, they are struck.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
