Here's another remarkable discovery from Barry Borselino - I just picked this on ebay (my first purchase there in a while...it seems a little tapped out?). The 1873 Wide date. Easily recognizable by eye once you've seen one. His calculations put it at roughly 2% of total extant 1873 1c - this makes it one of the rarer NFLD coins. I'm hoping this is the second of his mutants to make it into the Trends.
