With grades like that, would you send them in to be graded? I'm thinking just because they are cool old coins and would be protected.

I can't positively ID the coin, therefore, unknown of it's value. At this grade level, I would keep the coin in a plastic holder for now. If it turns out to be one of significant value, I would slab it. This will keep it safe long-term as well as give you more profit when time to sell IMO.
