Nice stash! I have done businesses with APMEX and not disappointed, if you can hold out for sometime silver may get to your selling point.

@trdhrdr007 APMEX offered 29 and went up to 29.75 for 1000 coin BU so it's about $5 above the spot. They currently have 1922 BU listed at $819/roll of 20, I was hoping for $32.

Interesting. They're selling random date BU Peace dollars for $35.99 (1-19) or $34.99 (500+) paid by check/wire. I sold them lower grade coins (not dollars) several years ago. I'm reasonably certain I got around 95% of their selling price. I would have expected an offer closer to $32.

I'm not sure what I'd do with that offer. I would have to look at bulk sales on ebay, subtract fees, & consider if the difference was worth the risk & time involved. The graded coins I'd definitely sell individually.

The only dealer I can recommend in the San Diego area is Escondido Coin & Loan on East Grand in downtown Escondido. I did a boat load of business with them before I relocated to Texas. They were always square shooters with me. They have a pretty good, easy to find information filled website if you wanna check them out. They've been around a long time.

@Westernsky I called Escondido Coin and the lady offered me $16, I asked her again and she said $16.

I called Carlsbad Village Coin because I saw that someone recommended them in 2005. The guy said if it's BU then it's $30 today but he recommends to sell only part of it (I said I have a lot) since he thinks silver will go up and do not sell in panic.

Looks like Carlsbad Village Coin is a viable option! Goes to show it it wise to call around to look at all of your options. I would personally not put all my chips on silver going up. The silver dollar market is hot right now, and it is a great time to sell. That could change, so take advantage of the moment.
