I'm not sure what else is happening along the edge here so I'm open to opinions on this. I believe this is also a reversed partial collar. Thanks for looking!

Coop asked me to weigh in. It is a partial collar error. Some metal was sheared off as the expanding disc grazed the top and the beveled entrance of the collar. All business strike partial collar errors have been reversed since 2002 (with rare exceptions between 2002 and 2007).

I sent Mike a message on this one. Maybe its something I've not seen before? With the partial reeds on both outside edges, it makes me wonder if the planchet was forced into the chamber and was not in the collar correctly, or the collar may have broken?
