Hello all,

I wanted to ask about this coin, you can see that in the word Liberty there is some kind of defect and also on the number 6 in the date it is like a little part of the number is missing. can it be an errors? Thank you a lot.

Just extreme die wear on the motto. The lighting is make it stand out like a sore thumb. The bottom of the 'D' is showing a working die chip on that area. This is common as many dies were created from the broken working hub. You can see this on normal/doubled dies/RPMs. Just a hub event that created many dies with the broken hub. So basically is a Wheat cent with a die break on the forehead. Coin damage on the 'L' on Liberty.
