LOL, someone thought it was a 21-S no doubt. Thank goodness he has a return policy, but the transaction probably isn't even going to be completed, because the buyer is going to realize what an idiot he is...
I had some guy not read the very bold print stating an extra 3% for mandatory paypal, and the guy ignored my emails and just insta paid. Then when I told him he owed me $30 in fees, he hit the roof. Given morons like that, I'm not at all surprised at this guy.

There were two bids over 2000. One from a newbie, that probably is a type. And maybe the other one, which has >400 transaction, figured he'd just put a super high bid in there to make sure he won the coin.

OK now I take it back, the prices in Poland for US coins aren't that high!

I think both bidders figured the same thing.

It could have been a nuclear bid gone bad - i.e. a ridiculously high bid in an attempt to guarantee a win. If two people do it at the same time, somebody gets left holding the bag. Ouch babe!

Imagine if that was the work of two automated bidding software packages? Even the thought of something like this happening scares me away from using them.

The real loser here is the buyer. They have to go through all the hoops of getting the final listing fee refunded to their account. I guess the return policy will let the buyer out the door.

I'd like to have seen the expression on the seller's face. He'd be like, 0_0
